You can make a referral for our any of our physiotherapy services online or by downloading the interactive PDF form. Please click below to visit to our referrals page. Please note we are no longer using Referral Net.
Certain neurological conditions (eg. dementia, ASD, epilepsy, intellectual disability) don’t fit our referral criteria unless there are specific physical neurological impairments such as muscle weakness, abnormal motor control or sensation, coordination issues, abnormal tone and spasticity. Please get in touch if you are unsure, we are more than happy to have a discussion and determine if we can help.
